Envied Enterprises LLC – Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

1. Refund Policy

Envied Enterprises LLC provides customized services that require time, research, preparation, and professional expertise. As such:

All service fees are generally non-refundable once consultation, document review, preparation, or digital delivery has begun. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the initial payment. If significant work has already begun, the Company may deny the request or issue a partial refund at its discretion. Digital products (templates, PDFs, files, online access) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refunds are not provided for:

Missed appointments Failure to provide required documents Delays caused by the client Outcomes related to third-party lenders, credit bureaus, or government agencies

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rebooking fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are considered completed services and are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products

All digital items—including PDFs, templates, files, coursework, and downloadable materials—are:

Delivered electronically Considered fully consumed upon access Non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once opened or downloaded

4. Shipping Policy (For Physical Products)

If the Company provides physical materials such as binders, printed guides, or mailed packets:

Orders ship within 7–10 business days via USPS or UPS Tracking details will be provided by email The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the client
