All service fees are generally non-refundable once consultation, document review, preparation, or digital delivery has begun. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the initial payment. If significant work has already begun, the Company may deny the request or issue a partial refund at its discretion. Digital products (templates, PDFs, files, online access) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Refunds are not provided for:
Missed appointments Failure to provide required documents Delays caused by the client Outcomes related to third-party lenders, credit bureaus, or government agencies
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rebooking fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are considered completed services and are non-refundable.

All digital items—including PDFs, templates, files, coursework, and downloadable materials—are:
